“Thanks to my worthy, yet unlucky opponent. The Norse gods obviously didn't want the Charioteers to win, though it looked different during the first half.
First, my AG4 blitzer failed to dodge out of TZs 3! times in a row.
Then I made some bad tactical decisions, and weren't exactly lucky with a few dice rolls.
But I'll admit that my second TD was 70% luck, 30% skill.
And Arktoris, if you need someone to kill a few players, I'll be happy to oblige at some point in the near future :)”

Charioteers make gentle hits throughout the first half and only score due to a series of skulls and 1s from the opponent.
Second half, the Lords knock off Charioteers left and right and score by turn 4.
The charioteers start the ride down the side giving the ball to Jorge Hellwind. the Lords start to work a defense, but the charioteers still have the advantage.
then comes the mistake of ALL mistakes.....
Kul, providing a key cancelation of an assist, decides to block. As a result, he no longer provides the assist. A lino, takes a 1d instead of 2 on a blitzer next to the ballcarrier....skull, rr, skulls again....
The Lords perfect POW Jorge (blodge 4st) and badly hurt him, recover the ball, pass downfield to a catcher and set up the screen.
Only player in reach could be Mad Marin....he blitzes....double skulls.
Lords 2gfi to EZ for the win.
so.....we are punked from the XFL on the first game....by a team 60ts lower....therefore....
