One of the most unfun games I have ever played. I started in offence, and on my turn 2, I dodged to set up a TD, rolled snake-eyes and badly hurt myself.

My opponent then blitzes my thrower and SI MNG him and scores.

After 4 turns I am down to 8 players, 3 injured, one KOd (who missed the entire match after being KOd early) and no apothecary (as he had done a niggle to one of my Wardancers). I manage to score despite rolling a lot of 1s and double skulls, burning rerolls left right and centre.

My opponent goes for a reasonably difficult score, and fails a dodge (no reroll). I recover the ball and bring it deep into his half, just short of his endzone.

I am down so many players I need to thin him down a bit, and my second block nets me a double skulls (would be a double 1 to dodge for the TD too) and I don't score.

So instead of scoring first, I am down a TD, and then instead of scoring again to be 2-1 up, I am tied at 1-1.

Second half his Treeman with Block Tackle turns up. Luckily for me we have a 5 turn riot so I have less turns to put up with his insane amour and injury rolls.

He scores (not hard when I have 8 players on the pitch). I am reduced to having to do a one turn TD to even the score on turn 8. Did 4 GFIs to set up the 2 dice blitz score to save the match (used last reroll).

That game was a total farce, the first half rolls were insane and took away most of my chances to win with 4 players taken out of action in the first 4-5 turns. He did 4 cas to me and I did one when I failed a 2+ dodge with reroll.

Then I dropped passes, and twice I blitz his thrower in the backfield to get a skull.

Just nothing worked for me today apart from the initial niggle rolls and the +1 FF at the end. And the riot so I didn't have 5 more turns of getting my players killed or niggled.

Nuffle hates me and I am sounding like a crank. Blood Bowl is supposed to be fun. I think I need a break hehehe.
