Note TR difference is due to my 680K retirement fund, not extra players and skills hehehe.
---------------

A fun game as usual against Locutus.

I had the game sewn up really in the first half, but made a stupid move... taking a skull/pow to flatten a player when I should have taken the push.

That meant my Thrower with the ball now had to make a dodge without a reroll to score whereas the push would have given him a straight run through for the 1-0 lead at the end of half time.

I fail the 3+ dodge (I don't blame luck here, it was my own stupidity or greed that made me have to take the roll in the first place LOL).

In the second half, the Corp scored easily after I overcommitted on a blitz and didn't have enough defenders deep to stop a score. I then played safe to secure the draw.

Unfortunately, my only player to advance (Krazgore Heartripper, +1MA Guard, Stand Firm Blitzer) niggled at 51 SPP :(((.

Anyway, valuable lesson again... go for the score if you can rather than the extra blocks when you got no rerolls left... and sometimes a push is better than the skull/pow knockdown of the opponent. Rookie mistake by a very experienced coach... what a fool!
