“My first ever game against Synn and true to form it was a fouly blood fest of the highest order. Luckily, in spite of an early BH to my key Bull which i foolishly chose to apoth (needing his abilities to stand any chance) the death toll stayed pretty much within reason.

A tight first half was distinguished only by a lucky Bull dodge using BT and completely not seeing his Diving tackle marker. Had that failed it would have copst me the game as id foolishly set my ball carrying hobogb on a sideline and needed the bull for cover.

the second half was a tale of woe and looked like ending 1-1 with synn in far better shape than me and my key players well tied up. then the second key bit of luck as a blockless bull managed to kill hiis best ghoul on a 2 die block which handily left my best bull free of the nasty Diving Tackle and able to Blitz the ball carrier. From there we ran it in and other than some unseemly stall/foul action (synn choosing to foul me into the TD rather then pressure the ball) that was all she wrote.

Despite the clash of play styles and ethos thsi was mainly a fun game played in good spirits.”
