“Round 2 of Elite Fumbbl Smack 'L'

This game turned once again on some key luck moments. the first half was a fairly standard slog down the pitch and run it in for the 1-0. joyfully I got a mummy off the pitch and she stayed there for the restart and 2nd half Kick off.

2nd half started well with a foul called and while the ball was on the ground and although i managed to put some pressure on the ball and even breifly had it in hand menikmati passed it up the field and while mty bulls were able to get back and even have 4 dice on the ball carrier we were over committed forward hoping to use the early error to secure the game and he ran it to tie it up at 1-1.

With few turns left and both mummies and a full 11 against my dwindling team we had a good chance for a short pass to a bull for the winner. Sadly the Bull couldnt catch a cold and even with the reroll the ball hit the turf. the final turn saw a good chance for Menikmati and only very good fortune prevented a fairly easy pass going to hands for the gamewinner. Here's where my luck turned truely golden and a stupidly unlikely dodge into and out of a TZ, collecting the ball and long bombing it to a Bull without reroll, who caught the thing! meant i could run in the much needed winner. My rerolls were gone and Menikmati had plenty. OT would have finished me, but Nuffle decided otherwise.”
