This was a match for the books if ever I played one. Starting from turn one it was obvious that Nuffle had his money on the dwarfs. And boy did he want returns on it! First turn saw a beastman and the great beast knocked out cold from the LoS by dwarfs, who for this game had smuggled in a pair of very handy knuckledusters.

Turn two saw the first casualty, by Rob Baiey, and there was so much more to come.

In the fourth turn Colin Bugess and David Evans put two more Beastmen in the pit, and it became obvious that this was no ordinary fair fight.

Dwarfs, happily maiming away at the rotters with the aid of Nuffle, made an uncontested touchdown in turn five.

With Nuffle being so openly biased, it was a feat of some wonder that the rotters coach Urial managed to keep the goals down to a minimum one for the first half.

2:nd half was initially promising less of a bias, as the rotters began pushing into the dwarven half of the field. Unfortunately, no amount of strategi can match the power of dwarven armour and fists that have been blessed by Nuffle. With no damage done to the dwafves he managed to fell, Urial kept the spirits up and managed to make the team continue the struggle, in spite of devestating opposition. With his joyful manners he kept the team going to the very end, slowly watching it fall apart as more and more players had to leave the field.

For no reason other then spite and malice, Nuffle had the great beastman Tsfardeia killed in the 4th turn, but still Urial kept the spirits up for the boys.

When the game was over, the sick bay was crowded. Eight beastmen and rotters where hurt, and one troll slayer for good measure. The two goals are not really worth mentioning, but rather a logical consequence of the slaughter that took place this day, the 20:th of July, 2006
