#4 Gidush II – Broken Neck (-AG)
The loosing streak is broken, and avoiding relegation looks a bit more likely. Coach ArtaXerxes would have grabbed an offer for a 2-2 result before the game, and yet there was a hint on a few occasions that the Fossils might pull a surprise win out of the hat. But not so, and a 2-2 result is probably a fair indication of the teams performances.

Balljuggler was at an all time best, so psyched up he was unbreakable and so insisted on being on the Line of Scrimage for the defense and still ran the ball with gusto in offense. A little throw to the vacant endzone also showed a touch of throwing class not yet fully developed.

Twahnlows:
3pts - #2 Yur Eyegouger, he tried all game
2pts - #6 Cote Hanga for style and grace handling the ball
1pt - #10 Pyle Drivah for stylish TD

The Crash approached this game with an odd mix of gentility and respect for Skinkdom, and of course their usual violence.

The gentility had nothin' to do with respect for Skinkdom and all to do with the hope that a not too mashed Fossils outfit could do the REALLY High over and help the Crash have shot at the Conference title in the last round.

And the violence barely turned up.

Vrool pulled the play of the day by dodging (didn't even need to break the tackle) into the Orc cage to slap Oncomin Truk down and let the ever-present iron-skink Balljuggler nip in an run off with the ball. A nasty habit some Orc is going to have to break little Juggler of one of these days !

The Crash put in an odd performance, forgetting to use the wizard they'd hired for the occasion, throwing the ball cleanly and quite long, and barely scratching a skinky scale.

It was a tight and down to the wire game though, and the Crash look forward to future meetings with the Fossils.

Twahnlow Votes

3 Votes - Balljuggler
Well Vrool may have pulled off the play of the day but he was quiet for the rest. Balljuggler on the other hand, was an iron nuisance.

2 Votes - Vrool
The artful dodger !

1 Vote - Parbag
For a tidy bashing performance, something the Crash always like to see.
