“A hard fought match against the Halflings. I think the Nemo Grandis has no chance to survive make their time. An impressive first outing for the Shufflers, hopefully one of many to come. Lucky passes abounded, with some terrible reception lucks for the Nemos pushed us to victory.”
Nemo Grandis was off to a great start, charging in for an almost unopposed TD. Then things started to fall apart. It appeared as though another TD was on the horizon when an unexpected turnover followed by several simply stunning passes tied up the game.
Still reeling from the unexpected change of events, rising star #5 Wimp Lo was killed. An attempt at throwing halflings around the pitch in order to scare/confuse the Shufflers failed miserably. Capitalizing on the chaos, Shufflers scored another TD to secure victory.
A well played match. Nemo Grandis is giving critical consideration to retirement.”
