“Very enjoyable match. The pointy ears scored first after a failed gobo dodge with a gobo ballcarrier in a compromising position. Could blame it on bad luck, but could've safeguarded that situation better. Of course you seldom have enough players to play it safe with gobos. Gotta have one little bastard for every too-talls leg usually, and sometimes more.

After the elf goal the gobos risked a second TTM attempt (first one resulting in a fumbled and dead gobo). This time it was successull though. Score, 1-1. Crowd went wild. Gobs thanked their fans for their support and well aimed rocks.

Gobos came back stronger in 2nd half with better pows and some lucky injury rolls, as well as the dirty lil buggers showing what they do best, kicking facedown people in the gonads. With the gobos starting to gain superior numbers advantage life became alot easier. A lucky touchback put the ball in the grasp of Grumps, who promptly leaned forward and rushed (with some delays) for the TD zone. Score 2-1 to gobs.”
