“Tough match, had to really think through all my moves as there were few no-brainers available. I start off receiving, but a Blitz! result put me on the defensive, and denied me the 1-0. Second half, I committed a lot of players to the scrimmage, forcing some undesirable blocks but leaving the flank open for the ball to go through. In hindsight that was a strategic mistake, and I had to resort to some precarious defense to stop the TD. The tie was due to a failed catch, which otherwise would've made me try for a TTM - but without rerolls and a line of tacklers that would've been very unlikely to succeed.

As for the casualties, it was very much expected as those dwarfs didn't rely on MB/DP. Kim Jong-il especially had a good day as he punched his first hattrick. Common wisdom states that outbashed dwarfs usually have it very tough, but with a deep bench and an MA7AG5 runner (getting the Stone Rune for AV9 and SF) they still gave a hard fight.
