Those devoted zero fans that follow the rivalry between the Shufflers and the Snatchers witnessed history today. The last time these two met, the 1-3 trouncing by the Snatchers, the Shufflers didn't play as well as they could have and got hammered. It was a low point in Shufflers history, and marked the third of three straight losses.

Instead, the Shufflers brought their A-Game today. Although we gave up a TD early in the game, the Shufflers proved themselves worthy and turned up the heat on the Snatchers. We played some patient plays today, and took our time getting across the field. We also provided ample coverage when we needed, and did our best to ensure the Snatchers couldn't move.

This game was a watershed moment in the Shufflers - Snatchers series, as it marked the point at which the Shufflers and Snatchers will likely no longer be playing each other. The Shufflers bid the Snatchers a fond farewell and hope they have the best. Perhaps again one day we'll meet on the pitch and duke it out.

#15 Vanilla Ice – Broken Ribs (MNG)
I started out with 4 rerolls, compared to the zero that the Shufflers start out with. I thought I pretty much had this game in the bag, but due to a lot of miserable luck things just didn't work out for us.

In the last few turns of the game, the Shufflers made a mistake setting up on D so that I could have thrown a goblin deep into their territory for a tie, and even then my luck was crappy since the game was prematurely ended with a riot.

I like to think the riot was caused by Snatchers fans, outraged at the imbalance of good luck for their team.

On a brighter note, however, nobody was killed. This is unusual for us, and is so notable that we consider this game to be a victory, although we technically lost.

Although there is a significant imbalance in our Team Ratings now, I hereby issue the call of "bring it" to Shufflers coach bifevo. We will take them on anytime, anywhere.
