On one hand he is incapable of managing a team (hey > 100 tr/ts diff, tremendous lot of niggles etc), and has some....dodgy tactics going.
Such as fouling with your only fielded thrower, instead of picking up the naked ball, onedodfing etc.
And on the other hand, he's a right bastard, surfing a player (the niggle) for no reason, in the endgame, and rd 16 fouling.
Easy win, horrible person. :S
