The premier of the RRR was between the Cheerful Dead pirate crew and the BC Bull chaos dwarves. Since I hate dwarves I didn't hold my chances high...

Cheerful Dead won the kickoff, and recieved the best start I have ever had in any game. The fans stormed the pitch, sweeping very large parts of the BC Bulls with them. This enable the Cheerful Dead to snatch up the ball with a ghoul, run to the front and hand it over to the wight Buck Aneer, who then ran towards the end zone while the rest of the LOS fighters made sure that none of the remaining opponents were able to pursue without a dodge roll. Buck Aneer could scored the first TD in turn 2, a glorious and extremly lucky start.

I couldn't believe my eyes. Were I going to be on the benificial side of a dice rape in a tournament. That just couldn't happen...and it didn't. Suddenly luck changed in a dramatic way, and the BC Bulls cut through the Cheerful Dead ranks like a hot knife through butter. KO's and casualties to the left and right and I watched with utter horror as the BC Bulls crushed my defenses and were able to tie the match in the 8th turn.

In the 2nd half BC Bulls got the kickoff, with 8 of my players vs 10 of BooAhl's, and my hopes were yet again low of pulling off a win.
But the luck turned once more! The hobgoblins got nervous and fumbled with the ball, allowing me to blitz first a wight next to the ball and then bash my mummies next to it as well. While the rest of my tattered pirate crew did their best to keep the dwarves in check I eventually managed to free my remaining ghoul, snatch up the ball and run for the end zone. Knjas, the bull centaur, made some heroic dodges, but failed the last one and went down like a ton of bricks, shattering his jaw against the hard ground...and leaving Rodney the ghoul the chance to calmly walk in the winning TD.

Leaving 3 zombies on the LOS and piling the others in the back to avoid injuries lead to just the opposite. Dee Kay got his eye gouged by the BC Bulls troll, and another zombie RIP'ed, but thankfully he regened.

Although I will have to suffice with only one ghoul in the next round the newly resurrected Larsa and the 50000 earned from this match will at least allow me to field a full line-up.
