The Gothenburg Gangstas suffered from a curse today, right from the first succesful block in turn 1 that RIP'ed one of my players, down to the fact that it took me to turn 3 in the 2nd half before any of my blows (including 2 mb's vs av 7 guys) even landed as much as a stun.
runreallyfast on the other hand was blessed by the dice, accomplishing a true rarity when he scored a Larson on one of his mummies! That's right, he went for a Target: 8+ interception, and then spent the 3 turns running GFI's with a cage. Of course he caught the ball in the position where he could make the TD with a maximal amount of GFI's. Not one square short like it would have been for me, hehe.
Of the Gangstas all the players except one should feel ashamed of their effort. Shanks can keep his head high though, scoring 2 casualties (one a RIP that regened) and was naturally elected MVP.
Congratulations to the win, Run. Good luck in the tournament. It's quite embarassing to give a mummy the chance of scoring a Larson, hehe. You truly had me stomped.”
