Note TR difference mainly due to 700K in the Juggernauts bank account.
---------
The match looked challenging for both sides on paper, with the Juggernauts not having trained any players in tackling and missing one Chaos Dwarf, whilst the Träd were not an expert dodging team anyway.

The Träd started in offence and despite having more fans, found themselves looking at a slaughterhouse when the Juggernaut fans stormed the pitch and killed the referee!

This obviously panicked the Wood Elves as they made clumsy (read rolling lots of 1s) attempts to pick up the ball, pass and catch. Twice the Träd sent a player into the Juggernauts end zone only to have the passer upfield fumble the ball with the end result being the would be scorer being pushed into the crowd by a Juggernaut defender.

The Juggernauts fouled repeatedly in the first half, causing a couple of stuns, KOs and 2 casualties on their way to stealing the ball and only just scoring after some spirited defence by the vastly depleted Träd.

In the second half, most of the Wood Elves were either casualties or still knocked out and they could only field 4 players! The Wood Elves decided to protect their best player (an AG5 Thrower) and kept him on the bench.

With only 3 players to play against, it was not too difficult for the Juggernauts to steal the ball and score twice with their Hobgoblins, and even make some passing attempts.

With only Wood Elf player left on the pitch for most of the second half, the Juggernauts didn't even block or blitz him, just surrounding him to keep him away from the Hobgoblins playing pass on the other side of the pitch.
-----------
My condolences to my opponent. He had some very very bad luck in the first half rolling an incredible number of 1s. Just a bit less bad luck would have seen him score on more than one occasion.

I had some bad luck too rolling a few double skulls (2 in one turn alone) but it was not enough to help my opponent as he didn't have enough players to take advantage of my early turnover.

Me getting the ref was also very unlucky for my opponent. To his credit though, he didn't complain or whine with everything going against him and played on with spirit in the first half, almost stopping me from scoring.

The game was well and truly over at the beginning of the second half when he started in possession and 1? out of 4 KOd players came back and he wisely chose to just run away (not that I was hitting him any more).
