“What a good game.
I have to admit that I was pretty confident of taking something from this match, if only a draw.
The match seemed to too and fro, with both sides getting the odd casualty. Thankfully I managed to take out most of his gutters, so that help.
I do feel that I threw this game away, as I had the upper hand late in the second half, with a certain T.D, and plenty of players protecting. I should have stalled at this stage, but as I don;t like it, I didn't which allowed my opponent to have sufficient time to get the equalising T.D.
Luck did play a big part in this game, but I'm not taking anything away from my opponent he playyed very well, and it was very close right up to the last turn.”

My oppenent played well though coverting for a touchdownn in the first half leaving me two turns to equalise. It was then I remembered how to play with Skaven and got the equaliser before half time.
Things were looking grim though as the second half started, I lost a second gutter runner due to my apothecary forgetting his glasses, and the humans were slowly marching up the field flattening skaven under there iron shod boots. I was resigned to defeat by this point knowing my opponent could stall then score the winning TD just before the final whistle.
To my joy and surprise he scored the next turn leaving me with a full 3 turns to equalise! The Skaven needed no further invitation and though lacking in gutter runners (my third being badly hurt by this point) a line rat rushed the ball to my Storm Vermin who blitzed his way into the end zone.
Well played PistolPete if only you were as ruthless as most other Fumbble coaches the win would have been yours.”
