“My 500th ranked match. Asked Synn earlier in the week if he would do the honors when I got here and let him pick a blind matchup. Imagine my surprise to see the Bunnies take the pitch!

1st half saw Synn take the kickoff but run low on ballhandlers. Put both wights in the KO box (about the best place for them with Synn's luck at KO rolls), but they came back strong for the 2nd half. Fortunately, two ghouls also went down with BH's and helped the cause. Managed to knockdown a wight near my goalline and grab the ball, but couldn't swing it back for a score.

In the 2nd half as always in games against Synn, it was me poking around trying to break through his superior positioning. Joppie made some sick dodges to blitz the ball free near the sideline. Set up to surf him but blocked my own blitz path and had to settle for "pinning" him against the sideline and cowering in fear with the ball. Fortunately, he fell over and stunned himself trying to get free - dp kicked him with two assists just hoping to get him off the pitch for the rest of the game but struck gold for the SI (niggle). After a failed attempt to blitz open a scoring lane we rolled back to the middle of the pitch and managed to get in front of the defense to clear and score on turn 8.

The 2nd niggle surely spells the end for Joppie's career... seems wrong for a lowly skink to have ended it! At least makes for a memorable ranked match #500.
