“All-woodie games are never boring, and this was no exception. On the opening possession the Greens were victims of a server bug whereby the Luck boys got two Pass Block turns and the Greens ballcarrier had to make three pass rolls... the third of which he failed, and it was game on. Frikipe's boys soon forced the turnover (after a Greens quadskull) and took the lead, which they held at 2-1 until just up to half time, when the Greens employed some delaying tactics before scoring to make it 2-2 at the break. By this stage the normally placid Greens had worked up a head of steam and were being uncharacteristically mean, leaving the Luck team with only 9 players for most of the game.

At the start of the second half... blitz! Greens force the turnover, go 3-2 up, and with the scores eventually locked at 4-4 on the Greens' possession, they had enough of a numbers advantage to stall for the win.

A highly entertaining game, and if Frikipe does win gold this round he will have earnt it. :D”
