“This game was insane. Right out of the gate I made a horrible mistake on offense and selected the wrong player (st3 lineelf instead of the st4 one). My guy promptly failed his block and the high elves proceeded to issue a beatdown on the front line, badly hurting one player. The wood elves managed to recover and score on the first possession, but the TDs were rapidly answered and the score was tied at halftime with the high elves receiving.

A quick score made it 3-2 in favor of the high elves, then the woodies answered back with a td of their own making it 3-3. The final three turns were unbelievable, with the wood elves making multiple dodges and one die blocks to knock the ball loose from the high elf catcher. Failed catches on both sides brought it to turn eight, where Harper van Leiden picked up the ball in one tackle zone, dodged out, dodged again and finally completed a short pass to Silvanus Hazelwood for the winning score.

This was a crazy game and one of my favorites in recent memory. It was a classic seesaw battle and I was very lucky to have escaped at the end. Jock's a great coach to play against and I hope we'll get other games in the future.”
