May I correct your report in one point? My MB player was not playing, but missed the game...

Colossus is right in his report. I think my major luck were the injury/armor rolls. While my Elves were hardly harmed, I broke AV9 quite easily. I was happy that I could remove his single MB Dwarf already in turn 1 (BH, but only AV8... ;-) ), and later in half 1 the last MB player, the Mino, with another nicely performed foul (3 fouls with DP, 2 cas).
It was amazing to watch his BC dodge 4+ and 5+, not using Break Tackle, when on almost every gfi move they used the sure feet, still causing turn overs due to snakes.

Well, if not Elves, what race can capitalize on opponents reduced in numbers and problems in ball handling? Almost made that 4:0, but his Stand Firm Bull caused me to try pick up on 4+ which failed with reroll.

A good game for me, surely a frustrating one for the Chaos Dwarves.

This game should make sure we both enter F2 this night, and maybe you can have a revenge in another scoring game soon. ;-)

#14 Charlie – Dead (RIP)
Round about turn 4, my bull rolled a double 1 on a GFI when my hobgoblin was pretty much in to score. That cost me not only a TD and posession, but also two players as my ball carrying hobgoblin was killed in the resulting blitz and my Mino was BH immediately afterwards. I never recovered from this
After Arcon scored, on turn 7 my bull was then 4 squares away from a TD, with my other Bull in support. He was blitzed, resulting in both down. This was recoverable but of course the bull gets stuned in the process meaning he cant assist or go for the ball. My other bull then rolls arrow arrow, rerolled, arrow skull. Meaning I cant clear the one elf out of the ballzone and cant score. This set the tone for the remainder of the match as my AV9 was cut to ribbons by the Dark elves, only one of whom had MB. I lost a total of 5 players in the match ( only one of whom was a hobbo) and lost count of the number of stuns. The blitz at the start of the second half certainly didnt help my mood.
That isn't to say that Arcon didnt play well, because he did. However the match was made extremely easy for him by the armour rolls and my players general incompetence, particularly when using sure feet.
Basically I got F'd right in the @ss there.
