#3 Lionel Leadfist – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#3 Lionel Leadfist – Smashed Knee (NI)
The Gypsies would win this match up, but at what a cost! Coming into the game with a full roster, the Gypsies had creeped well into the top 200 human teams in Fummbl. The sweltering heat would be a change from the pouring rain of last game.

Drawbridge starts off the game by cripping a beastie, forcing Myst to quickly use his apothecary. Jonez would mess up a hand-off to Cougar, leaving Mace vunerable in the backfield. Soon he was pushed into the crowd, where someone stomped him in the jewels... out for a game. Jonez would sneak under the minotaurs feet to pick up the ball and run it in. The Gypsies could've stalled, but in the spirit of good sportsmanship, they scored. You think Ryce would've learned his lesson by now. The Chaos responded by crippling Leadfist! Another King falls to another failed apothecary!

The chaos ran over the Gypsies, hurting several in the second half, though the Gypsies gave as good as they got, seriously injuring several of the beastmen. Stable would drop the ball at the endzone, but then get up and score the second TD.

After the game, Granite was recognized for his amazing contributions. As he was picked up into the air, he fell off his teammate's shoulders, giving him a chronic pain! Noooo! This game would mean the loss of two Gypsies, given the teams 'zero niggled' policy. Without the money to replace the two blitzers, Granite might stay around until a replacement can be found, but Leadfist will probably be given his walking papers... can the rest of the team step up?

Well, we are happy for the win, but very costly... very costly. Good game Myst. ironically, the first Dark Water Gypsies were retired after a similar game where 3 of my players got niggled and the team was too shattered. I regret retiring them, so hang in there. I think Grodost can win games by himself.
