“It looked pretty good for Tomera until their second turn (1st half, lol). My blitzer was meant to assist a block and dodged into position but rolled 1 and got 1 also on re-roll! She got SI! :)

With a little better planning I could have handled the situation but now the orcs got through my lines easily. They made 3 blocks in a row that resulted with a girl stunned! They were stunned in line! :)

The rest of the half we were fighting around the ball on my half, moving it slowly closer to the end zone. After my best thrower (only 1 with Sure Hands) was BH I had hard times picking up the ball anymore. We tried to fight against the turn clock but the amount of girls on the pitch decreased every turn. Linegirl Astrowagona managed to pick up the ball but made a terrible mistake trying to pass it over the AG4-orc blitzer. If I just had thrown it towards the other end along the sideline... There wouldn't have been any interception and it could have even bounced into the crowd resulting with something interresting! :)

Finally the Hugging Machine scored on turn 8 as we had only 3 girls left on the pitch.

A kick-off on second half we were kicking. The orcs rolled a skull on a block and we got our chance. The girls tried to break through and go for the ball. We didn't cover every spot on LoS and left no-one in defence so the orcs got a great touchdown right through the middle. Again I rolled skulls and realized I should have tried the blitz first to get the ball carrier down. 2-0 for Mean Green Hugging Machine.

Our last try was a little desperate. We had a blitzer moving but failed in everything. The ball was too complicated to handle. The orcs then again played it great! They picked upo the ball, made a nice pass across the pitch, the MA8-blitzer catches it nicely and runs over the end zone line.

With 7 players left (actually 6 since the fans hit my thrower with a rock) I was short on ideas. Our attack ended before it started and the turns run out.

3-0 for the orcs was the right score for this match.

If I could have taken that 1-0 TD away from them it could have turned into a whole different game but it sure looked like this was just ment to be! :)
