#3 One Orc Gang – Dead (RIP)
The Hellbringers started in defence but were blessed with amazing blocking power as they badly hurt two of the Egghead Blitzers early. It was a tough battle still as the Eggheads then knockout two Hellbringers.
Eventually, the Hellbringers managed to recover the ball and throw a short pass to leading scorer Laglop (Hobbo with 138 SPP) to score a TD just before half time.
The Hellbringers started in offence, but found themselves a bit on the backfoot when the Eggheads blitzed them. However, they recovered and managed to get strong field position. However, instead of scoring with one of their Hobgoblins (he was on 73 SPP and I didn't want him to age LOL) the Hellbringers tried to set up one of their rookie Chaos Dwarves (on 4 SPP) for a score. Unfortunately for the Hellbringers, the Hobbo tripped over a blade of grass (Snake-eyes on GFI with RR) and the Eggheads recovered the ball and threw it back towards their players near the line of scrimmage.
Before anyone could scoop up the ball, the Hellbringers sent a Bull Centaur barrelling into one of the Egghead Blitzers near the ball only to see the ball get knocked into the waiting arms of another Eggheads blitzer!
The Hellbringers ran back in defence but the Eggheads were able to score after their Ogre was able to stun the Hellbringers Bull Centaur who was the closest defender (I had Blodge, Stand Firm and Strip Ball too hehe). The Eggheads scored to level the match at 1-1.
With only just enough time left in the game for the Hellbringers to just score a TD to win, the Eggheads bltzed again on the next kickoff!
The pressure did not help the Hellbringers who ended up having to pass to a Bull Centaur who dropped the catch (4+ with reroll to win the game).

It was a fun game against a fun and sporting coach. Despite my bad luck in the end with the double blitz, the failed GFI with reroll to turn over the ball, and the ball landing on his Blitzer who caught it, I really only have myself to blame for the draw. I could have scored with my 73 SPP Hobbo and sealed the victory but instead tried to develop my 4 SPP CD. Anything but snake-eyes would have sufficed, but I try that kind of stuff a lot so it is bound to catch up with me roughly 1 in 36 attempts hehe.
