“Tried all against 33 ts + 5 handicaps difference. Ogre succeeded all boners. Kurt has 1000 blocks after this game. Finally 1st ínterception for Ben. Billy was killed but apoed, also badly hurted, both times by Kalifa (no mb, no noithing). Great luck for me, except 2-3 first turns where it was 28-72 or something. Bad placement of catcher in 2 last turns, which lead to 1db strip ball, and should have maybe taken the ball and not just surrounded it in the end.”
Despite all those old injuries, only one of the humans did not turn up for the match. So the Exiles got ready.
They practised really hard for the match, doing plays over and over again.
Tirion got some Knuckledusters and some stimulants and felt like an Iron Man.
As a final twist, they palmed the ref's coin and gave him a double sided one for the toss.
The game was afoot and things looked like they were going wonderful for the Exiles, untill they scored the 1st touchdown.
Then it was all downhill, from bungled up attemps to newb mistakes or impressive plays by the opposing legends.
But the Exiles never gave too much ground, and even when things started to look bleak they fought on.
As a final desperate act, they surged fowards as the timer closed to the end of the match, Linnor the Vagabond threw the ball far into the Men's side, Argus the Doomed sprinted towards it, picked it up and handed it over to Xyklon the Enduring for the win.
They don't come closer than that, especially since Farleaf Detatchedbush, the Treeman, was the very first to go down, and pretty early on in the game.”
