I rolled stacks of double skulls and 1s for GFI, failing reroll on GFIs and SI Niggle myself etc. Nothing would go right. Wild Animal trap on a rookie Minotaur failed over and over again despite about 6 two dice I choose rolls and about 4 one dice blocks.

My opponent was able to do a lot more, making passes in the sun and injuring my players even though I had better armour and he had only the Mighty Blow on his Minotaur.

Was just a very unfun game due to nothing going right for most of it. I ended up losing the ball and conceding a TD, and then second half though I set up pretty good defence, he got the Pows he needed to set up a long or short pass in the sun.

Nothing worked for the Boyz until it was way too late. I almost conceded the game early just because I was fed up with the bad luck from this and prior games, but my opponent was a decent bloke and there was some fun to be found somewhere. ”
