“RIght, to sum up this match - the troll stood in the middle of the pitch and generally got in the way while my elves had their way mostly. Gemma did basicallly nothing (only one block) but managed to get the MVP because the panel that were voting for it all thought she was hot! Natalie really wasn't happy about this as she was far and away the most deserving and has vowed to do even more next match. Everytime we got the ball though one of those pesky greenies tripped us up! there were a couple of times when I could haev scored but didn't but overall it was a fair result. This guy (by a vote of 12-0 amongst us) is a really nice guy, anyone looking for a fun game should give him a go - he's got the thumbs up from us! :)”
I never was so distracted at a game. Girls, if you plan to go for a tourney then keep sticking together ;-)
I created this team (the goblins) for fun and they really are. I've never thought that goblins would actually be a challenge but they dont do too bad so far. Like i said in the game i dont think they actually "block". they just hang around on the field and keep getting in the way of the opponent who doesnt recognize them as a threat and then trips and falls over, hehe
Game result was really fair. After the first half i thought i would lose cause i lost some good players but the girls had bad luck and tripped some times when they where near the endzone. I've had no real chance to score in the second half cause my gobs tripped too all the time. seemed hard for them to remember what the game is about ;-)
So's academy. Hope we all learned some things tonight. ........
like "watch out for greeny things way down below your knees when you go for the endzone"
