“First round of the RRR, and the 'Flings advance by way of a coin flip. This is my first ever attempt with the short ones outside of

, and it showed, I think. Lack of TTM use, getting too close to his Beast, and general poor positioning kept my opponent in the game, despite his 0 RR's after my chefs had their way. I feel if he'd stalled out instead of going 2-1 in turn 2 of overtime, I'd be out. Instead, Nuffle smiled on my n00bishness, and I advanced, with only 2 'Flings to miss the next round.

Thanks to a 'Fling partisan crowd (you know who you are)! And to a good opponent who played well. With 2 RIP's and 2 mng's, it's probably a good thing I lucked through, and if that luck % had pushed above 50%, it would probably have all been over in normal time.
