“With two players missing including their star catcher Mythic Valour knew they would be under pressure all game. In driving rain Kronos the new treeman stood firm refusing to good down to the gang tackling black orcs. The ball was eventually knocked lose and the first half ran out in a mid field melee.

Receiving the ball Coeus retreated deep into his own half whilst Kronos and the lineman taught the black orcs how to block. After streching the orcish defence Coeus stepped up and delivered the ball to Prometheus who out of Themis's shadow for once, catch the ball and ran it in to take the lead. The orcish offence drove hard against the diminished elves and only a two dice against blitz could knock the ball loose and the orcish thrower into the crowds. A poor choice of move saw Kronos going down to a both down block and the orcs recovered the ball. In the end the weight of numbers allowed the orcs to draw, although it was a close thing.
