“FUMBBL SMACK Legend CXII Final Match
Having two players age with a niggle right before the smack final isn't a good thing. :P - Incidentally, they both niggled out this very match.
Going against a team full of blodgers I knew my chances were slim so I opted to save my 120k to renew the team afterwards instead of hiring a star or wizard. I noticed they didn't have a lot of reserves so I made it a point to blitz with the ironman claw/mb tackler every turn but that turned out fairly disappointing. Also gave away any chance of numerical superiority when my first two fouls were both spotted without gain.
Otherwise, the game went pretty much as predicted: elves start out receiving, stall til turn 8 (though there was a small chance of disrupting their play at the end) and in second half a failed pickup gave the ball away, and with my tackler out of reach the blodger didn't go down.
Thanks for the game, congrats on the win and til the next time. ;)”

when saw the chaos first, i wanted to score as fast as possible... but his first dp went out and my guy was just stunned... i was going forward but the shot to score was not too good... my dragonwarrior would have needed two gfi and the reroll was already used... my oppo fouled again, now with the eye on him... his second dp left the pitch.... i blitzed the third one with my mb and he got koed... i couldn't restist from my natural behavior and was keeping the ball till the end of the half... (i like having the ball and i don't have it when i score)... i knew he would have a last turn after me and stalling wouldnt help me in injury questions... in fact i decided to score in turn 7 already to let my oppo try to use his last turns with a score attemt instead of concentrating on killing my players.... i started the turn with a gfi and unlucky the reroll didnt help when it failed and my oppo surrounded the ball... thanks to his advise i managed to score with fireballing the chaoscage away....
second half he was outnumbered more then i was... a frontline sidestep was dancing between his players and after my oppo failed to pick up the ball, i pushed the sidestepper on a nice position with the blitz and picked up the ball... i first intended to pass but then decided it would be better just to stand around with no tackler in range.... to prevent too much damage on my team i was stalling till turn 16 then... scoring the 2:0
