“A tight game in which Russos Orcs really put the hurt on to my Lizards, causing 5 CAS in the first half alone (including a dead Silibili) after i scored early with a blitz. This enabled the orcs to score in last turn of the first half... just about.
This really could of gone either way, i made some good plays and some horrible ones as well where my brain deserted me for 2 turns with misclicks and needless dodges.
In the end though my sole remaining skink got hold of the ball towards the end of the second half and legged it to the endzone with enough of my players tieing up orcs to prevent a 2db on him.
Was real skin of the teeth stuff and Russo has the chance to score to tie the match with 2 turns to go after i had scored and only 6 lizards left on the pitch.
However he had no rerolls left and the first block double skulled.
GG Russo was fun. Unlucky. At least you gave my lizards the biggest bashing of their career!”

Sadly as always the scampering shi...errr sorry skinks won again!
The Orcs were very effective on the armour rolls, but just could not secure the ball enough each drive to ensure the game. In the first drive the Dodgers got a blitz and despite the Orcs trying to get the ball back they ailed to get the TZ' required, a TD soon followed :(
From the restart the Orcs slowly progressed upfield and scored luckily in the dying seconds of the half.
In the second half the Dodgers recieved but could not engineer an opening with their reduced numbers and an Orc blitzer raced off to try and score, sadly the Dodgers got back and due to the failure of support to join the loan blitzer, the Dodgers broke the attack and scored on the counter.
