Still this made the two teams even, still maybe an edge for the elves. Doom&Gloom really worked as intended and first half was horrible for the elves. A blitz in turn 1 however made us score 1-0 early, burning both of our rerolls. BooAhl scored 1-1 with his one-turner. Booahl intelligently makes us of his kicker, I manage to roll double skull with my MB blitzer that sucked throughout the game. Booahl scores 1-2 after a battle along the side-line. We score 2-2 before the end of first half, without rerolls (still just leap on 2+ for score). Luck meter was 40ish after first half for me.

Second half begings with blitz for BooAhl, 2-3. I score 3-3 in two turns, Booahl scores 4-3 with his one turner (almost failing GFI!). I then again score 4-4 and constantly getting less and less players, while skaven does not get hurt at all. Booahl scores 5-4 in turn 7 and I dont even bother to try to score 5-5 in turn 8. Luck was much better in second half, it still didnt help.

With my blodge it was not really worth trying to outcas me and Booahl did what I think was the best tactic, he scored more than me instead. Without stalling anything at all. I had a wizard all along to prevent that too and I used him in the end on a futile attempt, but the game was already over there. (you dont want to waste a wizad on gutter runners :/)

As I thought I could not afford falling behind in scoring I didnt try to block out the skavens either. The game turned into a high scoring game instead as forced by Booahls constant scoring. I never had an oppurtunity to stall as I was not ever in the lead of the game. With better handicaps and all the blodge, Booahl wouldnt have stood chance if I just had managed to get some control over the game. I never had that though:). The in game most important thing was probably then the blitz in the second half, where I had a chance to get the control for the first time.

Not the greatest game from my side, however I can't come up with a better way to play that game either. :) Well played BooAhl and good luck in the final!”
