“This was a historic game for the Revenge! A win would give us an unlikely Premier title. It was fitting that our opponent was Fool's Tools, a team we've played twice with mixed results. First time we met they beat us badly 2-0 (first and only time we let it in 2 TDs). Second time we narrowly won 2-1. The stakes were high and the action intense.

Fool's Tools came out swinging in the first half. They were all over the field, even get casualties against two dwarves on blocks. They were able to score easily early and looked like they were on top of their game.

CR recieved and looked to score an equalizer before the half ended. Things started of badly as we couldn't knock down many elves and they easily surrounded our ball carrier deep in our own zone. We broke out and charged down a flank. The elves responded witha great turn, one dice blitzing the ball free and then thowing a pass downfield to an open reciever. We were in dire straights and needed Lucky to make a dodge to set up a block on the elf with the ball. The dodge succeeded and we knocked the ball free.

With no real hope of scoring we tried to cage our hobgoblin ball carrier tried to hold on until half. In the final turn we decided to go for a long pass despite the long odds against us. Nuffle smiled upon us however and the pass was caught by Cap'n Crunch who scored to tie the game at 1-1.

We recieved in the second half and luck swung our way. We made a bunch of BH and KO's which gave us a numbers advantage. We slowly lumbered down field, scoring in the final turn to secure the 2-1 victory and the Premier title.
