“Although the Puny Woodelves felt outmatched in this game, they still had a late chance to draw the match when Da Skarr Boyz scored late in the second half with enough time left for the Woodelves to reply instead of running down the game clock first (I got the ball to a Black Orc Blocker to score so I was happy hehe).

However, Da Skarr Boyz then managed to blitz the Puny Woodelves on the next kickoff and put immense pressure on the remaining opposition players, flattening one of the two most likely nominated scorers and putting tackle zones on the second.

This was enough to thwart the Puny Woodelves from scoring a replay when their Catcher landed badly trying to leap over the wall of Orks that had rushed at him during the blitz.

Quite a fun game. Things looked really bad for the Puny Elves when their Thrower KOd himself on a GFI trying to reduce a Long Bomb TD pass to a Long Pass. Da Skarr Boyz recovered the ball, but their pass was intercepted by an Elf in three Tackle Zones LOL. This allowed my opponent to set up a second Long Bomb attempt which he made this time around.

It was a tight sequence of events for both of us as either of us could have scored (or set up an unstoppable score) during those 3 turns.

Still it was a fun game with my opponent's Tree getting up every time I knocked him over and even my single foul against him with +5 did no damage. In the end my players just all ran away from the Tree after spending 4 turns? waiting for it to fail getting up.”
