“Rarely have I gotten a better start on a match than with this team, and yet ending the match feeling that I was completly worked over.

In the first half the Fighters were simply amazing. The treemen put out pygmies at a steady rate while the little ones cut off opponents, made their dodges and scored TD's. I even scored a completly amazing (and lucky) TD when a treeman hauled the leprechaun Mischief over the opponents LOS and he followed up with snatching the ball just in front of the feet from a pygmy and run in a 1 turn TD.

Then I made the cardinal mistake. I mentioned my own luck. Why did I do that? I know that whenever I mention luck, good or bad...Nuffle goes to work on me.

The rest of the match was just endless rape. The treemen rooted themselves, I don't think I even had a 1/5 success rate on the hypnotic gazes, but worst of all...I had horrible KO rolls. At the end of the first half I missed all 4, meaning that I played with 8 players vs Khaan's 11. Considering my treemen rooted themselves I was left with 5 ST 1 players against his highly skilled pygmies. After scoring another TD I yet again failed most of my KO rolls and the treemen kept playing below their standard.

I had 2 TTM's that got the ball carriers launched, but both ended in them crashing on the landing. The rest of the 2nd half was just desperate defending.

Thanks to the first half it was all in all a good match anyway though. Thanks, Khaan! That's a cool team you got with those mutations. And Rigid will help you a lot in avoiding casualties. Thick skull and AV 9 on a stunty is really a wet dream in stunty league :)”
