“This was a very funny contest. It began in IRC like this:

With some trepidation, the dwarves eventually decided that they could survive a game against the norsemen. Their fear was still evident in game chat as the contest began:

<maxlongstreet> have fun and good luck!
<maxlongstreet> let the blood flow!
<blu> why blood?? we don't need that to play
<maxlongstreet> don't worry you've got the 9 armor, i've got the 7 armor
<blu> why dont we play without attack??
<blu> we can run and make TD??
<maxlongstreet> we'll do that too
<blu> at least i hope we will make enough money to rebuy dead
<blu> the only thing i don't want is: SI or RIP
<blu> i can lose 25-0 without SI or RIP, and ill be happy

Well, apparently nuffle was listening. He escaped the game completely unscathed (his only serious injury was apothed), while the 4 CAS he did to me were 3 deaths and a MNG. However, all of his other luck was terrible, and he lost the game 2-0.

Apparently he had forgotten his bargain with Nuffle, as his turn 16 spite fouling attests, saying as he kicked my downed player:

<blu> u fooled me at beginning, so u have nothing to say

Then he quickly left at game's end without a word. The dwarves have returned to their mountain caves, relieved to be in one piece!
