“The Commandoes put up a valiant effort all the way to the end. I was worried at several points during the 1st half, as the rain made it impossible for me to handle the ball, but did not significantly hinder the Commandoes. Only when his players begane to drop, did I feel I had the game in hand, and when both minos were out, I had a much easier time containing things. I caught some lucky breaks and Asperon was a great sport. To add injury to insult, the Clogger fans determined to make the OT short and sweet, by invading the pitch and clearing most of the remaining Commandoes out of my way. I felt really bad about that bit, but at least the new Run didn't suffer a coronary embolism this time.”
