“Desperados put up a good fight in the CCC last night and almost knocked off the runner up in the CCC last year. The Desperados had their arieal attack on display the first 2 turns and scored a quick touchdown to take the lead. They never got their hands on the ball again until 2/8 and a desperation OTS feel just short. The Defense was stout all night but 3 attempts on the caged runners of the Standards all fell short. Q'Thall really let the team down on 2/7 when he blew a perfect shot at the ball carrier on the sideline to force the turnover when he was tripped up making his tackle. Over all it was a hard fought match and the Standards had to earn their win this night.
