“Well, not much to say about the game. It was an entertaining, hard fought one that I greatly enjoyed. The game started with my niggled Blitzer with Block, Mighty Blow and Tackle staying at home - and I had hoped to throw him against dreadlord's dodging Ghouls...
The Mummies started the first drive and, despite good defense from the Survivors, scored in their fourth turn with a 3+ 3+ 3+ action. My first drive thereafter saw a solid running game as typical for an Orc team. Despite him having perfect defense and bringing down my ball carrier with a 3+ 2+ 3+ 2+ 3+ 5+ action (~7%) I managed to score. Very notably my DP lino fouled out (BH) one mummy (did not regen) and one ghoul in consecutive turns without the ref sending him off.
Second half started with Seattle on offense and showing another solid running drive. Again the Mummies managed to bring down the ball carrier with a nice 3+ 2+ 2+ 5+ 3+ 2+ (5/9) action (~5%] but again Seattle Survivors recovered the ball quickly and scored in their 4th turn.
Last drive of the match saw the Orcs blitzing - with a Black Orc KO-ing himself with a 2db on a mummie and a missclick by his coach... ;-) An early turnover by a zombie's 1db allowed the Orcs to take the ball but in the end they were just 1 square too far from the Mummies' endzone to score a third time.

Alltogether it was an entertaining match. Dreadlord did not have bad luck, he sometimes even had lots of luck when he tried to bring down my ball carrier. He also did a good job coaching his team. Seattle on the other hand didn't try spectacular moves. They only did solid actions - but nearly none of them failed! I wouldn't call me unbelvieably lucky in that game but I could rely on my Orcs doing their job more than usual. For the first time my Black Orcs really did a good job. Two of them scored two cas each which helped a lot. Also the early fouled out Ghoul and Mummy made things easier for me. In the end the Mummies even had to field their skelli although they were still able to field 11 players. GG and well played, dreadlord!”
