A very difficult back and forth game where for the most part we managed to avoid the costly early turn turnovers and broke free at the end of the game for the go ahead score. However, the orcs were strong...but truly it was the troll. A troll that seemd to have no special skills - yet was a true horror on the field. Constantly the troll would blitz around smashing through lines and knocking out players. Then at the very end of the game, another troll blitz killed Lightning. The press immediately started questioning the decision of teams to play...for it was the second game in a row without an apothecary and this time it cost us dearly. However, unlike last time - we managed to steal away the victory - so after 38 seconds of mourning the skink's death - a wild party was thrown!”
