“First half went quite well, both wardancers were knocked out (with the help of my opponent) and I was staring to feel confident to win this one. Well, maybe I was too confident because in te 2nd half Gary managed to take the lead and put enough pressure on my ballcarrier that I decided to score the equalizer early, leaving the woodies 3 turns to score a winning touchdown. With both Wardancers back from the k.o. box I just couldn´t stop them. It was a fun and close game, even though we were probably both not coaching at our best.
In hindsight I have to mention that this was about the sweetest defeat ever, as I had 2 very lucky skillrolls after the game. This team now has another guard and a ST5 blitzer! w00t! Now I don´t need that lame Mummy on my roster anyway :P
Good luck for the rest of your tourney - against those dwarves you will need it for sure....”

That was a tight match and I think I won with luck, without playing my best.
Yes, my first half rollings were terrible (lots of 1s and skulls) and I almost broke my italian swearing record :DDD
Maybe the "infamous weapon" worked 2nd half and I was able to escape with an unexpected victory.
Now I have to face nasty dwarves.... I really need another shot of luck!
