“What a game.

A silly mistake by me not looking for leap resulted in me going 2 – 0 down rather than 1 – 1.

Got my act together and scored before the end of the half to take it to 2 – 1.
Then my plan was to take it into OT and start damaging his elves. Which I did nicely… leaving 1 player on the field but a silly Frenzy meant I scored leaving the elves 2 turns to reply.

With five elves however it would be tough. A out of bounds kick went to the leaping witch. I managed to take the ball off of her, foul her to the BH box and scoop up the bounce, in a cage of my players it was safe… right? Wrong!

A leaping Blitzer -2d POW the ball carrier, then scooped it up in 3TZs dodged out amidst my tacklers and scored.

In the end… my silly mistakes cost me, not the dice, and I took the way under strength opposition far too lightly in the beginning. Late night gaming is not my forte. :(
