“We're building a foundation here. I mean, the ultimate goal was an AG-4 team of blodgers, and that's what I was hired for, that's why I left the Diamond Fire Miners. That's still our goal, but, you've got to remember, we're building a franchise here - Eldamar isn't a TR 100-150 team , we're seeing the beginnings of a 250+ unstoppable slippery machine. We'll get there. I know these boys, and we're not going anywhere.

What we've been working on in practice is how not to bleed. We've watched videos of people not bleeding, we have round table discussions about how best not to bleed, and we've banned knife fighting parties.

I'm expecting results from these guys, they're working hard and they know I expect them to win. Of course, not this season, but at some point I'll be expecting wins.”
