This was an almost impossible match for the Rotten Gothem Resurrected. Facing a dark elf team that never went below 65 % luck during the entire match when you block poorly and dodge atrociously is just too much.

My AG 4 wight missed his 3 first 2+ dodges, the ghouls probably missed 90 % of their dodges and to boot I failed crucial pickups. The blocks were really bad in the first half, but shaped up towards the end...but then it was too late.

The weather always seems to be freaky during mine and RealMadns matches and this was the second time the teams fought in pouring rain and sweltering heat.

After being very close to scoring several times but failing on the dark elves always succesful blocks I finally got a comfort TD and from it The Devourer rolled a double for Nerves of Steel. My ghouls now have a lot of doubles on them, even if the skill choices are a bit wacky on some. But it might be good to build on for the future.

Thanks for the match, RealMadns. This match must have been a real blessing for you seeing how you could only muster 11 men in total. I expected a rather easy win to be honest. Good luck in round 2!”
