“Fun game against MadTias' wood elves. First half I received and proceeded with a standard rush which should have led to a TD were it not for bumble footed Quetzovercoatl slipping in the endzone. The wood elves recovered and managed to score on the final turn despite my best efforts to stop them (repeated blitzes by tlaxkrox freeing the ball).

In the second half the wood elves showed their ball playing superiority scoring in their 2nd turn seemingly as if they had no opposition. Following that I managed to score but it was a tough proposition to get at the ball for a couple of turns.

That left a couple of turns to try and sack the elves and sneak a draw, but unfortunately it wasn't to be this time despite both teams attempting to throw a last-turn TD (the elves attempt, naturally, less far-flung than mine!)
