The blood flowed freely in the first half - twice by actual hitting, the other from a failed dodge - nonetheless by Turn 4 both Wight blitzers and one of the star werewolves were out of the game. This allowed the Vanguard to score with relative ease, and by halftime the score was 2-0

The Vanguard scored quickly in the 2nd half, but from there the star-crossed Necrostronomers got fired up, hurting a few linemen (who regened) and getting Ursa Major across the goal line for a TD.
