“Tough matchup against so much tackle (my poor skinks!)

A nice start by the rats with a charge up one side that leaves the lizards scrambling to do anything worthwhile and has a gutter runner score on their 2nd turn. We return in kind moving up the opposite side with lots of lizards and by turn 4 Lucky 13 has equalled the score. Looks like it's going to be a high scoring game!

Niggled skink 3-Tails takes a big hit on the next skaven attack and doesn't stand back up! Naturally no apothecary is summoned and the body is left spread out on the dirt- directly afterwards the rats score their 2nd TD with a good rush by 2 gutter runners.

My next attack was stopped by some very nice blocks by the skaven versus a pile of saurus - even with a touchback I just couldn't get forward with the ball and the half ended 2-1 in the skaven's favour.

2nd half slow moving attack by the lizards, not getting anywhere fast.. skaven definitely getting the upper hand on numbers as skinks leave the field in droves. Eventually forced to run to one side and slip up dropping the ball - skaven pile in and get things nice and safe - scoring a 3-1 TD with only 2 turns to go and winning the game.
