“Bad luck hounded the Blackstone Legion in this match. At the start the fans rioted, stunning four players to Les Enfouisseurs' one. While the legion managed to steal the ball from Argo, they were unable to score before time ran out. Furthermore, both Perrin and Warrick tripped badly while trying to dodge their opponents, knocking them out of the game. Even so, it seemed like an even game and casualties were light. Seeing Xanta's skills at fouling, the Legion bribed the ref, but it did little good as members of the Blackstone Legion were knocked out or badly hurt by an amazing string of fouls from Xanta. Eventually the Legion was reduced to only two players on the field and Les Enfouisseurs waltzed into the end zone as time expired.”
