“It was a complete barn burner! The line made the game. Nothing but pushing and shoving all over the field. Neither side was willing to give an inch, most of the battle being fought in the middle of the field.

Each side pushed against each other in a vicious battle for pitch control. Slaughterhouse Tex was able to exploit and hole, then dodge around two defenders for the stunning first score of the game. The Gutshakers brought it back for a good chance for a score, before half time, but a costly mistake by Stuntylegs Fasttrot ended that hope.

In the second half the Gutshakers were all over the field finally allowing Stuntylegs to run up the middle. With a final touchdown he effectively tied the game.

All in all it was a close battle with both sides striving for glory.

*Of note is the death of Gutshaker Krug the Trollslayer, who shall be replaced by his brother Krug part Deux.
