The Toga Raiders entered first place in the B&G league at 16:08 GMT Sunday 4/6/08. In the insuing celebration over 200,000 gp was garnered from food and beverage sales and rides on the magic ponies. As good sports the Raiders split the cash with the orcs.

The fans rained their empties down on the field. A few full cans made it by drunken accident. Eden Sweetweed helped himself to everything not eaten or drunk that was thrown on the field. One over zealous fan, eager to feed the food catching fling, threw his Bloodweiser bottle at Sweetweed knocking Sweetweed cold.

The orc players themselves were very happy during the match. They continually played the game 'how many orcs can we fit in the branches of the trees.' At one point over half the orc team was jumping up and down on Willow Bramblewood and then set him on fire, mistaking the fallen tree for lawn furniture. The quick acting tree doctor was able to quelsh the flames.

Also, one of the flings was accidentally eaten by a black orc, thinking the flings were on the menu. Such is the danger of partying hard with the enemy.

The furious orc coach is now bald and hoarse from screaming at the team to get back into the game and play bloodbowl. At the end of the festivities, only 2 very happy flings were left standing, though we doubt they were sober.

The only orc score came from an inebriated Rumgut Goblinraper who's last minute run was made possable by flings rolling 4 skulls in a row and failing to dodge or GFI with RRs. By that time the trees were tired of being orc orniment trees and began shaking countless orcs out of their branches.

Few remember the Raiders even scoring. Some think the dwarvish builders fixed the game by adding 2 to the Raiders scoreboard in the first half. What is sure is occassionally through the game the chant Toga Toga Toga, Boom Boom Boom was heard which is the customary Toga scoring chant. ”
