Bad die rolls.
Goblins knocke dout the match so pointless to try and score wiht ogres, ogres are a brute force machine anyway.
I didn't care they got beaten up, Been through a team already that got bad luck'd with halflings.
Have to restart the team cause anyone who knows ogres you cant play properly the next game with one down not to mention a missing goblin.
My Undead and Lizardmen teams ar eplayed differently thats for sure, since they aren't ogres who rely on brute force.
The reason for fouling is trying to get players thrown out the game to keeop them alive, cant risk losing more players on an Ogre team sinc ethey make little money. In fact 80,000 gold was the most I have EVER seen an ogre team win, including the ogre team I played agianst with my first team and they scored twice, killed an ogre and SI'd some players.
Untill you know ogres, you can't judge someone by how they play them, I notice you retired yours before you even played them once.
So don't go insulting me.

Well, all is fair in love and bloodbowl, but not once did the ogre team make even one play on the ball. They fouled all the way up to the last turn of the game. Laughably, the coach fretted and cried that he may lose an ogre and have to start another team.
The elf team saw player after player moved to the KO'd box, and two were badly hurt. So be it. They are not called the elite squad for nothing. They waited the right moment and then sprang upon the ogres when they went boneheaded and got separated. Revenge was taken in full, and number nine was put completely out of the game.
As he parted company, he told the coach "Go back to the academy kid. You're not ready to play amongst the big boys. If you would like another whipping behind the wood shed, just name the day and we will play. I know your type, and any team of yours will die in a bloodbath. We will play your style of ball from the start."
Then the Kondor left for the pub.

I don't know this coach's age, but he does not act like an adult during the game. He honestly needs more time in the academy to learn tactics. If you are looking for an easy win, he is the one to play. He will play to foul and foul every play. You should plan to do the same to him until he learns to play using an approach with an effort to win.
Oh, and luck had NOTHING to do with this match. I think 5 ogres went boneheaded over the course of the match. 3 in one turn, but that was after turn 2 when he quit playing to win. For once, the meter is right.

I thought about editing my comments above, but I have decided not to. The comments were somewhat harsh, and a bit critical, but very true. You need more practice. Ogres are not one dimensional beasts. Use your goblins. Cage up preperly, and move the ball.
Tell you what. I have given my ogres an advancement from the accademy to ranked. Bring a team of ogre, or better yet, a team of dark elves, and I'll show you how to play to win. My ogres against any equal strength team you have. With your experience with ogres, you shouldhave no problem if things are as you say they are.”
